Children's Ministries
Someone said many years ago that if we build up children, we will not have to repair adults. The National Childrens Ministry Department aims to build up children inside the church so that they can reach children outside the church.
“…that they should make them known unto their children: That the generation to come might know them…that they might set their hope in God” Psalms 78: 5-7 are key verses for the National Children's Ministry Department.
We have reading programs that teach the life of Jesus through children's books that have been translated to the Tetun language. The illustrations are original paintings by Sis Anna Doyle and the translation of the text is by Sis Linbei Li. We praise God for thier talent.

Bible School
The IPUTL Bible School equips men and women to reach their full potential in ministry through theological education, spiritual formation and life transformation.
The Bible School offers two courses: a Certificate course and a Diploma course. The lessons are pre-recorded by some of UPC’s leading biblical scholars. The students engage in class activities and discussions facilitated by a local bible school proctor, as well as take part in practical involvement. This last component encourages students to not only study the Word of God, but also apply it in their daily lives and share it with others.
Since campuses are located throughout Timor-Leste, students are able to remain active in their local assemblies while taking classes.

The IPUTL Home Missions Department is committed to the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Timor-Lester by initiating and supporting the establishment of new churches. It is our desire that every church and every saint of God embraces the Gospel message, and answers the call of God to become active in reaching their own homes, communities, cities and nation.
Some of the areas where we continue to establish Apostolic truth are: Liquica, Oecusse, Aileu-Suai, Viqueque-Uatulari, Baguia, Queliqai, Lospalos and Manatutu.

National Youth Ministries is a group of young people aged 12-36 from all over Timor-Leste. We are vibrant, contemporary Christians who love the Lord Jesus Christ and express that love in lively praise and worship and caring relationships.
Through a variety of activities we have made it our mission as young Timorese Christians to live for Jesus Christ with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength.

The National Women’s Ministries consists of women of all ages who share their love for Jesus and serve their local communities.
The goal is to connect women to one another and connect their hearts to God’s heart. When women meet for bible studies and prayer, they are encouraged to grow deep, to be bold and to fulfil the call that God has for each of their lives.
